Dance code of conduct

PURCHASE OF A TICKET CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THE CODE OF CONDUCT, SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE FAMILIAR WITH THESE POLICIES.

1. This is a chaperoned event. By attending, participants agree to respect the authority of all chaperones and/or adult supervisors.

2. Students attending the event will not engage in any conduct that is sexual in nature, including inappropriate physical contact or public displays of affection.

3. Because this event is sponsored by WTHEA, a Christian organization, all attendees are expected to dress in a modest manner, with no clothing or accessories that reference anything sexual in nature.

4. Absolutely no tobacco, alcohol, weapons, or drugs of any nature permitted on the premises.

5. Attendees are expected to dance in a respectable manner. Dancing that is inappropriate, overly sexual in nature, or creates unsafe conditions potentially resulting in injury is not allowed. Chaperones reserve the right to make decisions on suitable dancing and individuals who engage in the above-mentioned behaviors will be removed from the dance.

6. Mature behavior is expected. Bullying will not be tolerated. Compliance with the guidelines is non-negotiable. If a student is required to leave by a chaperone, parents will be notified. No refund will be issued.

7. Attendees should exercise careful use of the facility. Attendees will stay within the physical boundaries set for the event and not leave the premises or venture into areas designated as off limits.

8. Parents providing transportation for attendees are responsible to arrive by the scheduled end time of 10:00 pm. Any attendee needing to leave early must make arrangements with the chaperones at the check-in table upon arrival. In addition, unless arranged in advance, all attendees must leave with the same people with whom they arrived.

9. There will be no re-entry. Once you exit the dance, you must leave the premises.

10. Foul language is unacceptable.

11. Attendees asked to leave for violating the Code of Conduct will not be given a refund.

12. All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be given on ticket sales for any reason.
