MARK YOUR CALENDARS! IMPORTANT GRAD MEETING ON 03/10/2008 AT FELLOWSHIP BIBLE CHURCH BARN
NOTE: It is critical for the graduate and parent(s) to attend!
Measurements will be taken for the gowns and we will discuss student participation in the ceremony. Be thinking of what part you can play in making this a successful event. Please be prepared to sign up at the meeting.
VOLUNTEER: All parents are needed to help with the graduation in one of the following areas:

Reception setup/breakdown/cleanup.
Preparing balloon gift bouquets for graduates.
Preparing decorator cakes - supplies reimbursed (otherwise, cakes will be purchased at Sam’s.)
Preparing PowerPoint presentation!!!!
Preparing program booklet for our printer!!!!

A headshot for the “Senior Picture” of the graduate.
A paragraph written in 3rd person about your graduate. Tell about this family, residence, years of home-schooling, achievements, current activities or employment, future plans, etc...
A second CD for the PowerPoint presentation.

Choose 4 good quality photos of the graduate (Baby, childhood, family, special event, etc. -- your chioce).
The price for the graduation is $150* and includes the following:
Traditional cap/gown.
Presentation of diplomas by parents
Binder for dilpoma
Two 5”x7” photos: 1 with parents presenting diploma
THEA graduation certificate **
PowerPoint presentation of graduates during service
Keepsake program booklet
Reception following service in church’s activity bldg.
Commencement address
8 ft. tables available for student displays
Special music/speeches/presentations by interested grads
* Cost does not include announcements and total amount is due at the meeting on 03/10/2008. ** Make sure you are registered with an “umbrella” school to receive your diploma.

We are not given lists of seniors from any organizations or schools. If you do not contact us, we won’t know you want to participate.
Cut-off date for adding additional graduates to the ceremony is 03/10/2008.
